• Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

🌏 International Shipping (New Zealand)

• Standard Shipping to NZ: 7–14 business days

• Express Shipping to NZ: 4–7 business days

• Please note: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

🏬 Local Pickup (Retail Store)

We also offer free local pickup from our retail store.

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.

• Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting in store.

🚚 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.
